"Society Redevelopment Update"
An SGM was held on 15th December, 2024 in accordance with the MCA Act 79(A) directives, during which the General Body unanimously passed the resolution to proceed with redevelopment.
This milestone marks a significant step forward for the future of MIG Adarsh Nagar and its new generations.
"Appointment of PMC"
In its SGM held on 15th December, 2024 the General Body selected M/s Vivek Bhole Architects Pvt. Ltd. as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for managing our Society's redevelopment project. He has been formally appointed by signing the 'Service Agreement' with the Society.
The PMC will be responsible to deliver all the tasks defined in the RFP's scope of work and assist the Society in other relevant matters till the appointment of Developer.

Congratulations MIG Residents... Year 2025 we celebrate 60 years of togetherness!
Our society completed 60 years of formation this year. All the existing original senior members who were allotted flats by MHADA in 1965 were felicitated. It was a moment of great pride for the society!
